Chelsea · Private Chef
Bespoke private dining for Chelsea's most considered homes, from a long kitchen table dinner in a Cheyne Walk townhouse to a summer reception on a riverside terrace. Seasonal menus, immaculate service, and a kitchen left cleaner than it was found.
Private Chef · Chelsea
Chelsea has always had its own register of entertaining. Not the formal gravity of Belgravia to the east, nor the relaxed bohemia of Notting Hill to the north, something in between. The households along Cheyne Walk and the Embankment, the mews houses behind Sloane Square, the wide-windowed lateral flats off Fulham Road: these are homes that have been put together with real care.
There is a particular quality to how Chelsea hosts. The guest lists tend to mix, artists alongside financiers, gallery directors alongside old friends from school. The food needs to be genuinely excellent without demanding to be noticed. The service needs to feel effortless, because in Chelsea, nothing looks like it was arranged at all.
Andrés works with Chelsea clients across the full range of occasions, from Sunday lunches around the kitchen table to gallery dinners in the drawing room, from regular weeknight arrangements to canapé receptions in a garden before an evening out. The standard does not change. The tone adapts to the occasion.
Services
Chelsea entertaining is often at its best when it feels least arranged. A beautifully cooked dinner for six around the kitchen table, with the right wine and no visible effort. Andrés handles everything (shopping, preparation, cooking, service and clean-down) so the evening feels like yours to enjoy, not to manage.
Enquire →A dinner before or after a private view. A salon supper in the drawing room. An evening where the food is the conversation rather than the background to it. Menus that are considered, seasonal and refined without being performative, the kind of cooking that makes guests ask who the chef is.
Enquire →Chelsea gardens are among the most beautiful in London. A long lunch in the garden, a drinks reception on the terrace, or a canapé party before an evening out. Andrés brings the same standard of produce and presentation outdoors as in, and leaves the space exactly as he found it.
