Andrés brings to the Hamptons what he brings to every engagement: a menu built entirely from what is finest that morning — the farm stands of Mecox Bay, the day boats out of Montauk, the early corn and tomatoes that the East End does better than anywhere — treated with a precision that is invisible in the eating.

Andrés Ribera is a London-based private chef with over 14 years of experience across celebrated kitchens in Europe and the United States. His approach to summer cooking in the Hamptons is rooted in the same principle he applies everywhere: start with the finest produce available and do as little as possible to diminish it.
On the East End, that means the farms of Bridgehampton and Amagansett, the day boats from Montauk, the stands that open at six in the morning with what was picked or caught the night before. The cooking is Mediterranean in spirit — confident, seasonal, built for long summer evenings.
He has cooked for royals, film directors, private collectors and professional athletes across the UK, Europe and the United States — always with complete discretion and one standard.
